Identification: Clear WLL indication for the most unfavourable load direction F (not permissible for DIN 580). Forged material 1.6541, high tensile and annealed, 100% electromagnetic crack detected according to EN 1677-1 and with a 4 :1 design factor.

HR 125 swivel hoist rings are available in both UNC and Metric thread forms, and are designed for use with ferrous metals only. Individually proof load tested to 2.5 times the Working Load Limit, they can be used at any angle.

With a fully captive but easy to demount 100% crack detected hexagon head cap bolt, the load ring is stowable and swivels in all directions.

The load ring  must be allowed to move freely and adjusted to the load direction before being loaded, ensure that there is no contact between the ring and and the edges of the work piece.

Suitable for all loads which swivel and tilt, can be loaded in all directions with a 4 : 1 design factor. Available in a range of different bolt lengths.

Swivelling under full load is permissible provided the inclination angle is not perpendicular to the screw - in direction. Not suitable for permanent swivelling under  full load. Easy assembly due to the single threaded tapping. High tensile, inspected suspension ring according to EN 1677 or DIN 5688-8.
